Not always. Once you’ve completed the online form, we’ll check your vehicle details and advise whether diagnostics are needed at our premises or if you can simply send the infotainment unit to us.

My dealer said the whole unit needs replacing - can it still be repaired?

In the majority of cases - YES! Dealers are usually limited to replacing the entire unit, because component-level repair isn’t something they offer. That doesn’t always mean the whole system has failed - often it’s a specific fault that can be repaired instead. We’ll check the details, advise honestly, and explain the available options.

How long does the process take?

Turnaround depends on the fault and the system involved, but targeted repairs are often completed much faster than waiting for a replacement unit. We’ll give you clear expectations once we’ve checked the details.
